Police officers don’t just enforce the law. They also help people who are in trouble or in need.

Keep an eye on the road and enforce the law—but don’t forget to help people in need. When you’re on patrol, look around, watch out for vehicles on the side of the road, and help if you can.

If you come across a broken-down car, make sure the area is safe first. Use your patrol car’s matrix lights, turn on the blue lights, and properly secure the area. Make sure everyone is wearing a safety vest and check that a warning triangle has been set up. Either you’ll spot a broken-down vehicle on the side of the road, or you can check the map—you’ll likely find them there as well. And last but not least: pay attention to radio calls from your command center; many events and missions are assigned to you directly, and you can decide for yourself which ones to tackle first.

Do you have questions or feedback?

By loading the video, you agree to YouTube’s privacy policy.
Learn more

Load video

Always unblock YouTube
