With 19 released products, eighteen employees and successful releases on Windows-PC, MacOS, iOS, Android, Xbox360, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X and PS4\/PS5, the company proved its expertise.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Headquartered near the stadium of the world-reknown Dortmundian football club \u201eBVB\u201c, Z-Software operates from the beating heart of the state of NRW. Although the headquarters are in NRW an important part of the Z-Software team is working from Magdeburg’s office. Z-Software is supporting local up-and-coming developers, game designers and young professionals through close relations with Gametreff NRW<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Started as a teenage hobby project 20 years ago Z-Software released its first commercial title in 2008, which happened together with their move-in into their first office. This step took their company to the next level. In 2009 Z-Software were able to hire the first full-time employees in 2009. Several years later the company ventured and became shareholder of the Dustwind Studios UG. 2021 Z-Software acquired Silver Seed Games team.<\/p>\n

In a sizeable team like Z-Software the motivation comes from various angles. Individually they range from solving technical issues to creating great worlds or cool gameplay, but the company unites behind one: Creating exceptionally entertaining games for players.<\/strong><\/p>\n

While already renowned for their dedicated and efficient team Z-Software is always looking for growth \u2013 both in reaching our player base but also in team structure. While Z-Software often works with game publishers \u2013 for example for Autobahn Police Simulator 2<\/a> \u2013 we are also always open for business ventures with other publishers. This allows us the freedom of expression we need in realizing our games: If we work with somebody, we will pour our passion for games, our professionality in business and tech and our creativity into it.<\/p>\n

Yet we sometimes want to go off-rails to stay in touch with modern business philosophy making us an even better and more understanding business partner when working with publishers at large.<\/p>\n
